Situational Assessment
Situational assessments are offered to individuals who are interested in experiencing various work settings.
LOVARC prepares persons referred by the Department of Rehabilitation for visits to local businesses to sample varied work experiences.
LOVARC assesses the person's ability to attend to schedule, maintain appropriate appearance and interpersonal skills in a work place and assesses the person's interest in different types of work.
