La Paloma Group Home

La Paloma Group Home is an Intermediate Care Facility for six developmentally disabled adults.  The home provides 24 hour personal care, developmental training and habilitative and supportive health services in the least restrictive community-type setting.  The Department of Health Services licenses the Group Home and our residents are continually monitored by Tri-Counties Regional Center.

The La Paloma support team is composed of trained direct care staff, a facility manager, a QIDP, an RN and a dietician.  We also consult with other specialists from the community including physicians, neurologists, behaviorists, psychiatrists, etc.

Each resident has an Individual Service Plan designed by his or her interdisciplinary team, to enable each individual to function at the highest physical, intellectual, social, and vocational level they can.  At La Paloma Group Home we are all about potential, independence and normalization.
