LOVARC is vendorized by Tri-Counties Regional Center and the California State Department of Rehabilitation to provide programs and services.

Employment services through LOVARC include:

Individual placement supported employment: The person served receives 1:1 support from a Job Coach at the work site to assist with mastery of job skills and job maintenance.

Group placement supported employment: The person served is employed on a work crew of 3 to 4 employees who are supported at the work site by a Job Coach.  Current groups are established for food service, janitorial maintenance and ground maintenance.
