How Do You Spell Fun? S-I-P!
LOVARC's SIP program offers community-based recreational and socialization opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities. This program is geared toward individuals who may lack the resources to have socialization experiences on their own.
SIP participants get together approximately 5 times a month for movies, dances, pizza, coffee, birthdays, parades, picnics, trips to festivals, fairs, athletic events; you name it - they go there and have fun!
Our staff and participants in this program have been together for many years. Personal pick-up and drop-off back home is a perk for the socialites. This program is all play and no work!
